when does it launch?
ramadan. ios first. we'll write to you once, when ruhly opens — not before, and not weekly.
who writes the passages?
they're written editorially and reviewed against mainstream sunni scholarship before they ship. the citation sits on the same screen as the passage, not in a footnote.
is this a replacement for scholarship?
no. ruhly is a daily read, not a fatwa service. anything needing a ruling belongs with a qualified scholar, and the app says so where it matters.
where does sadaqah money go?
straight to the charity. ruhly doesn't hold it, route it, or take a cut of it.
what does "no gamified worship" mean?
streaks count reading, not prayer. no score on your worship, no leaderboard, and no notification designed to guilt you back in.
is it safe for younger users?
yes. ruhly is family-friendly and appropriate for children to use.
