This policy explains what ruhly ("ruhly," "we," "us") collects when you join our waitlist or contact us through ruhly.app, and what we do with it.
1. what we collect
- waitlist signups — your email address, and technical details used only for spam prevention (browser user-agent, a hashed version of your IP address).
- contact form submissions — the topic you select, your email address, and your message, so we can reply to you.
- a security cookie — a random token used to confirm form submissions come from this site (CSRF protection). It identifies a browser session, not a person, and carries no tracking purpose.
2. who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. It's stored in Supabase, our database provider, which only receives what it needs to run the waitlist and is not permitted to use your data for its own purposes.
3. cookies and similar technology
This site sets only the strictly necessary CSRF cookie described above. No advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing is written to local storage.
4. how long we keep it
We keep waitlist and contact submissions only as long as needed to run the waitlist and respond to you. If you'd like your email removed sooner, contact us and we'll take care of it — every message we send you will also make it easy to opt out.
5. your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, reach out through our contact form. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
6. children
ruhly is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
7. security
Submissions are rate-limited, validated, and transmitted over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we don't keep anything we don't need.
8. changes to this policy
We may update this policy as ruhly evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
