By joining the waitlist or contacting us through ruhly.app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. the service

ruhly.app is a pre-launch marketing site. It lets you join the waitlist for the ruhly app and get in touch with us. It does not itself provide the ruhly app or any account features.

2. acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, abusive, or spam content through the waitlist or contact form;
• attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to this site (including automated scraping or bypassing rate limits);
• use this site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.

3. no warranty

This site is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and joining the waitlist is not a guarantee of access to the ruhly app or of any particular launch date.

4. our content

The ruhly name, logo, and the content on this site are owned by ruhly or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them outside of normal use of the site.

5. limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ruhly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

6. changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ruhly evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use this site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
